Challenges with New Prescription Eyewear
We recommend that you return to the optical where you purchased your eyewear. If needed, please use our verification form to help the process.
Customized Optical Services:
Repair, Cleaning, and Adjustment: $10 for a tune-up.
Maintenance Plan: $30 for 12 months of maintenance on a frame.
Consultation for Online Orders: $25 for a brief consultation on the best materials for your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) measurements.
All optical sales at Swoop Optical are final, and refunds will not be issued.
90-Day window for exchanges (additional fees may apply for changes in options/frame cost).
One-year warranty on frames against manufacture defects.
Repair or replacement of frames at no cost within the first year.
One-year warranty covering scratches on your lenses (single use only).
Replacement of scratched lenses at no additional cost within the first year.
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase for one year.
The warranty coverage is non-transferable.
